Public Privacy Notice

Clear handling for
pilot requests and
review evidence.

This notice explains how Vartovii handles personal data and selected-offer fit checks, accepted scopes, and bounded deliveries.

Effective date: 2026-07-10

Controller and contact

Vartovii is operated by Vitalii Radionov in Switzerland, who is the controller for selected-offer request data. Privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests can be sent to pilot@vartovii.com.

Data we accept

Contact name, business email, role, project identity, review use case, timeline, optional budget/readiness range, public repository URL, pinned commit, chain, review target and deadline, intended recipient, payment-owner role, public source links, and customer-provided evidence explicitly approved for the review. Do not send private keys, credentials, secrets, customer data, or private repository content.

Where data is stored

In low-cost static mode, the site does not store form submissions or call an intake API. The fit-check form prepares an email in your own mail client, and data is received only if you choose to review and send that email to the published Vartovii address. Any follow-up correspondence may be kept in the Vartovii-controlled Google-hosted mailbox or access-restricted working files. Pilot data is not written to a public repository, CRM, checkout system, billing system, subscription system, customer portal, or gated product-access system. Google Workspace and Google Analytics may process data in the countries where they operate, including the EU/EEA and United States.

Retention and deletion

Declined, incomplete, or unanswered inquiries are deleted within 90 days of the last contact. Accepted pilot correspondence and working evidence are deleted or anonymised within 180 days after final delivery, unless a longer period is required by law or agreed in writing. Rights requests are normally handled within 30 days.

Right to submit

By submitting a project or evidence, you confirm that you are authorised to request the review and share the included material. Do not submit personal data about another person unless you have a valid reason and authority to do so.

Case study and public mention

Pilot participation is private by default. A project name, logo, quote, finding, result, or case study is published only with separate written consent that identifies the approved material. Declining publication does not affect pilot eligibility.

Purpose and basis

Request data is used to respond, confirm scope, deliver an agreed pilot, protect the manual review workflow, and meet legal obligations. Processing is based on steps you request before a pilot, performance of an agreed pilot, legitimate interests in secure service operation, and consent only for optional public use.

Analytics and your choices

Low-cost static mode does not load Google Analytics and does not send form fields or interaction events to an analytics provider. Standard hosting request metadata may still be processed by the hosting provider under its own service terms.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data by contacting the address above. Consent for future public use can be withdrawn, but withdrawal cannot reverse material already lawfully published before the request was received.
